Christmas morning should feel special from the very first bite.
While the kids are tearing open presents and the fire is crackling, the smell of something warm and festive drifting from the kitchen instantly puts everyone in the holiday spirit.
Brunch is the perfect solution.
It’s relaxed, generous, and most of it can be prepped the night before so you’re not stuck flipping pancakes while everyone else is having fun.
I’ve hosted Christmas brunch for years, and these 12 dishes are the ones my family and friends beg for every December.
